"Why get involved with associations?" Part Two
Yesterday's post was part 1 of 2 answering the question "Why get involved with associations?"
The second reason why I tell my clients to get involved with trade associations (that their target customers are members of), is you become a safer choice.
Because you’re a member of the same community they are.
It communicates you’re not solving generic problems, but instead you’re a specialist solving specific problems that your customer faces as a plumber, roofer, dentist, franchise, etc.
By signaling you specialize in your buyer's industry, you stand out from your generic competitors.
