Too Many Captains, Not Enough Crew

Two of my clients said the same thing to me last week:

"I'm frustrated because we have too many captains and not enough crew."

Meaning we're rich on ideas but poor on bandwidth to execute.

Good ideas, frameworks, strategies, etc., are critical.

But the gold is in the execution.

Even more reason to focus everything on the 20% of things that drive 80%+ of the results.

Less = more
