Use a "transformation story" framework.

It conveys how your product/service transforms them:  

  • From stuck To unstuck
  • From hopeless To empowered
  • From about to lose their job To promoted

This transformation story is called the "From/To's." or “Froto’s”

Here are some examples of From/To's:

✅  "We went from having boring, ineffective training that nobody liked to a fully trained team bursting with confidence."

✅  "We went from having upset clients to clients who finally trusted us again."

✅  "I went from barely managing all the chaos to having clarity and certainty."

 Here's the thing...your clients aren't buying your product/service. 

They're buying the transformation it gives them.
