Am I About To Get Fired?

"Will my other clients fire me after I specialize in a vertical market?"

This is a reasonable question. 

Especially when your new specialty excludes some or most of your current clients.

For example, let's say you're a digital marketing agency owner about to specialize in serving plumbers. 

What happens to all your non-plumber clients after you specialize?

Nothing.

Here's the thing...

They don't care if you specialize.

What they care about is the great service they've grown to expect from you.

They'll stay with you...as long as you don't leave them behind. 

Question to ponder:

👉 Is my fear of losing clients holding me back from committing to a vertical market approach?
