[3 Question Friday] Thinking isn’t doing

Let me ask you something.

How many times have you read a strategy, nodded along, and thought, “Yeah, we should definitely do that”?

Now how many times did you actually implement it?

Exactly.

Chapter 17 of Anyone, Not Everyone is direct for a reason. The agencies that win are the ones who move.

So this week, try asking yourself:

1. What decision have you delayed for more than 30 days that would instantly create clarity or momentum if you just committed?
2. What’s the simplest version of your new vertical strategy that you could launch in the next 7 days…even if it’s messy or incomplete?
3. Who on your team is waiting on you to make a move, and what would unlock their best work if you stopped sitting on it?

Don’t let another quarter slip by while you "tighten your positioning" or "rethink your offer." 

Execute the imperfect version. 

Ship the pilot. 

Have the conversation.

Then fix it fast.
