How’s your October shaping up so far?

Here’s a mid-month check-in. Take 10 minutes to reflect on these prompts (and be honest… this is where the real leverage hides):

  • In the past few weeks…where have you started running your sales like a system, not a scramble?
  • Looking ahead to the rest of Q4…if a buyer evaluated your agency in December, what part of the sales org would raise your multiple? What part would lower it?
  • For the rest of October…
    • Who do you need to be:
      • The founder still doing deals, or
      • The architect building a machine buyers pay a premium for?

You don’t have to fix everything at once.
