Spend a few minutes this weekend pondering on these 3 questions:
- When you lose a deal to a competitor, what reason do prospects most often give? Now ask yourself: Is that the real reason, or are you missing a deeper market insight that could transform your win rate?
- Look at your most profitable client relationships - what do they have in common that's not obvious? How would your agency change if you restructured everything around those hidden patterns?
- If your largest client called tomorrow asking you to refer them to an expert in their industry, how confident would you be in your recommendation? What would it take to become that trusted insider in their world?
