Terms Of Enrollment For Corey Quinn, Inc.

Quick note: the most difficult part of growing a business is making sure you keep your proprietary material protected while also balancing your culture, authenticity, and commitment to your clients. Contracts aren’t really our thing, but our lawyer required us to get your signature on the terms of enrollment by everyone so that our material doesn’t end up online for free or on a torrent site somewhere ;)

In every successful partnership, there has to be trust. Thank you for trusting us with your business goals. In return, we’re trusting you to give this your all. Because we believe in you. And because we know that’s the only way to actually systemize your business to gain the leverage and freedom you truly deserve.

And out of respect for that trust, we want to be clear about what we are both committing to make this a successful relationship. During the Deep Specialization™️ Program:

We will:

Work with you to choose a vertical market to focus on, position your agency within that vertical market, and develop a marketing plan targeting your vertical market.
Meet with you live for intensive weekly meetings, where you map out the next steps to keep working towards your vertical specialization.
Be there for you every week through a variety of support calls, so you’re never more than 7 days away from getting the help you need from our team.
Connect you with fellow agency owners in the program.
Give you access to the members training portal, designed specifically to give you the latest strategies for vertical selection, positioning strategy, messaging strategy and vertical-specific marketing tactics.
Critique your work. We will give it to you straight and often with tough love because real talk is one of our core values, and no one has time to skirt around the issue.
Treat you with class and care in every interaction and work to bring out your best.
Be there for you. We will be accessible and respond to your requests within 1-2 business days or less.
Hold you to a higher standard than you hold yourself and keep you accountable to deliver your best results.
Not let you off. Because, if we let you off, we let you down.
Hold ourselves accountable, if we ever let you down we will do our best to make it right.

You will:

Be quick to implement, quick to ask for help when you need it, and quick to share your wins, lessons, and a-ha’s.
Keep being willing to invest your time, money, and mental energy in the development of your business. We will help you figure out what to invest in, but you have to be willing to invest.
Keep your commitment. That means doing the work, showing up for calls, and interacting with other members.
Respect our Intellectual Property (IP). That means you may teach our material to individuals within your organization (with proper attribution), but not to groups or in public.
Share a referral after we have proven ourselves to you and if you have a peer who would benefit from being part of the community.

We are committed to providing all participants with a positive experience. Thus, Corey Quinn Inc. may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs, live, recorded, social media-based, or digital, if any of the following is true with reasonable notice to you and an opportunity to cure:

you become disruptive to the community or unreasonable to work with;
you fail to follow the program guidelines; or
you impair the participation of our instructors or participants in our Deep Specialization™️ programs.

Privacy & Confidentiality:

We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Deep Specialization™️ program (“Program”) participants.

We respect your confidential and proprietary information ideas, plans, and trade secrets (collectively, "Confidential Information") and must insist that you respect the same rights of fellow Program participants and the Corey Quinn Inc.

Thus, you agree:

not to infringe any Program participants or the Company's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights;
that any Confidential Information shared by Program participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and proprietary and belongs solely and exclusively to the Participant who discloses it or the Company;
not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other Program participants during Program sessions;
that all materials and information provided to you by the Company are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property, belong solely and exclusively to the Company, and may only be used by you as authorized by the Company;
the reproduction, distribution, and sale of these materials by anyone but the Company is strictly prohibited;
that if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph the Company and/or the other Program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.

While you are free to discuss your individual results from our Programs, you must keep the experiences and statements, oral or written, of all other participants in the strictest of confidence.

Terms of Sale

You are committing to a minimum of 12 weeks. Cancellations before 12 weeks will not be allowed unless there are extenuating circumstances and it is mutually agreed upon.

You hereby ratify your understanding that all program sales are non-refundable and waive any rights to charge back your purchase with your credit card processor.
